At CheapAirportParking.co.uk, you’ll find many Edinburgh Airport parking solutions under one virtual roof. We provide a cheap, easy and secure way to book, and there are several options available:*
Official airport parking is overseen by airport personnel and located on the airport’s grounds. Often considered to be the safest option, official parking is also one of the closest and you’re usually just a short walk from the terminal.
Located within easy reach of the terminal, FastPark is a digital valet parking service that provides a low-cost and secure option for all travellers.
A photo booth snaps pictures of your vehicle using HD cameras and you check in using a booking barcode or reference number. Add a FastTrack tab to your keyring, drop your keys in the chute, and your car will then be parked in a secure location by one of the airport’s drivers.
Upon your return, your car will be driven back through the photo booth and more photos will be taken, ensuring that the car is in the same condition as when you left. Scan your barcode at a collection locker, collect your keys, and you’re good to go.
It’s a fast, simple, and no-nonsense parking option that’s available 24 hours a day.
Terminal parking is located just a stone’s throw from check-in and is a suitable option for short stays. The secure parking spots are monitored 24/7 and you can book in advance for both cars and bikes.
After parking, keep hold of your keys and walk to the terminal. Special assistance is available if you need it.
The long-stay option is one of the most popular at Edinburgh Airport. There is no shuttle bus in operation, but the parking spaces are just an 8 to 12 minute walk from the terminal. Your car will be kept safe and secure 24/7 and you can stay for anywhere from a few minutes to over 8 days.
Edinburgh Airport’s multi-storey parking is one of the closest parking options, with a bridge directly to the Security Hall. Multi-storey options come with Security fastTRACK for up to 5 people (hand luggage only), offering direct and easy access to the Security Hall.
As you might expect, it is also one of the most expensive options, and spaces are limited. The sooner you search for Edinburgh Airport parking, the more likely you are to find this option.
There are over 130 blue badge parking spaces across Edinburgh Airport’s 5 car parks. Pre-booking is not available, but parking is free for 1 hour if you’re just dropping someone off or picking them up.
It’s always best to pre-book your parking space before arriving at Edinburgh Airport. If you forgot or you’re taking a last-minute flight, you can try the drive-up and park option. The airport reserves a few parking spaces for last-minute arrivals, and you can check up-to-date prices and availability on arrival.
Unofficial Edinburgh Airport car parks are located a short distance from the airport. They are also known as “park and ride”, as you park your car in a secured and monitored car park, keep your keys, and then take a shuttle bus to the terminal.
The shuttles leave every few minutes from within the car parks and they are free for all customers. Some of the most popular parking providers operating at Edinburgh Airport include PremiAir and Secure Airparks.
It’s worth noting that while these providers all operate around the airport, some are further away than you might anticipate. They also operate from different pick-up areas outside of the airport terminal.
After booking with an unofficial parking provider, look out for the relevant signage when approaching the airport, and keep an eye out for bus/shuttle stops in the car park itself. If you have any questions about leaving or returning to your car, there should be a service booth nearby with someone who can help you.
