Need a quicker, shorter, and more convenient option? Short Stay is a 2-minute walk from the terminal. It is located in a multi-storey car park and with over 500 spaces, there is usually something available.

Priority Parking

Located across from the terminal building, the Priority Parking option offers complimentary access to Priority Security, no queuing, and completely covered parking. It’s a more expensive option, as you’d expect, but it’s also the easiest and involves the least hassle.

Offshore Parking

A low-cost and convenient parking option for offshore workers. There are over 30,000 people working offshore in the oil and gas industry, and with easy access to the heliport and Long Stay car park, this is a great location.

Unofficial Parking

There are currently two airport lounges available at Aberdeen Airport:

The Northern Lights Executive Lounge

A lounge that celebrates all things local, including food and drink inspired by or sourced from Aberdeenshire. There is plenty of whisky, craft beer, and great food. It also provides panoramic views of the runway and is accessed near Gate 1 via a lift.

Opening times are as follows:

Monday to Friday: 04:00 to 18:00 Saturday: 04:00 to 14:30 Sunday: 04:00 to 18:00

Access costs £29.50 per adult and £17 for children (no charge for under 3s).

There is also a Premium Lounge option, which comes with Priority Security access, a glass of sparkling wine, and a guaranteed window seat overlooking the runway.

British Airways Lounge

BA customers can book into the airline’s dedicated lounge. You must be a member of the BA Executive Club or have fully flexible tickets for UK travel.

The lounge is 380sq meters, beautifully decorated, and offers a number of amenities.

Aberdeen Airport Drop Off & Pick Up

Express Drop-Off is located just outside the terminal and costs £4 for up to 10 minutes, though it is free of charge for electric vehicle users who register in advance and stay for less than 10 minutes.

If you need more time, head to the Short Stay. You can also use the Long Stay for drop-offs or pick-ups. It’s more of a trek, but it’s free for up to 30 minutes.

There are electric vehicle charging points in both the Priority and Short Stay car parks at Aberdeen Airport.
