Scotpark is a convenient parking location, within a ten minute bus transfer to the airport terminal. The car park has the Park Mark Award, so you can be assured that your car is in safe hands while you are away.
The car park is covered and is open 24 hours a day which means there are no worries about early of late flights.
From the M74
- From the M74, leave at Junction 5 onto the A725.
- When you reach the roundabout take the 5th exit following the A725.
- Follow A725, then merge onto the M8.
- When you reach Junction 2 follow signs for the M9 signed towards Forth Road.
- Continue following the M9, until Junction 1 following signs for A8/A89.
- Continue follwing the M8 towards Ingliston.
- Follow signs for NCP Car Park Edinburgh Scotpark.

When you arrive at the airport drive up to the barrier. The ANPR cameras will recognise your number plate, produce a ticket and raise the barrier for you to enter. If a ticket is not produced, just press the button and staff will be able to assit you.
Park your car, unload your luggage and make your way to the bus stop to catch the free courtesy shuttle to the airport from just outside the customer services office.
Top Tip: Remember to keep your ticket with you!
When you arrive back at the airport, head to Coach Park Stand 8 (where you were dropped off) to catch the courtesy bus back to the car park.
Call the number given to you with your booking confirmation to arrange collection. Collect your car from where you parked it, and head to the eixt barrieers. Insert your ticket and the barrier should raise in order for you to exit. If you encounter any issues, just press the intercom button and staff will be on hand to assist you.
The car park has been awarded the Park Mark Award, meaning it has passed a risk assesement by the police.
