Park Giant Meet and Greet Heathrow is a car parking service that provides a convenient and hassle-free way for traveler's to park their vehicles at Heathrow airport.
Customers will need to call the company at least 30 minutes prior to their arrival and a fully insured chauffeur will meet them at the terminal.

This is a Meet & Greet service and you will be required to meet your chauffeur at the Terminal you will be departing from.

Exit the M25 at Junction 14, take the Northern Perimeter Road, following the signs for Terminals 2&3. Drive through the entrance tunnel, continue to follow the signs for T2 Departures &Short Stay. When you reach Constellation Way, follow the ramp up and keep right until you reach the “Short stay car park” entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the car park on Level 4, keeping right and following signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet. Park your vehicle in Row B, where a Chauffeur will meet you to collect your car.
Terminal3: Post code for Short Stay Car Park T3:Short Stay Terminal 3, Heathrow Terminal 3, Heathrow Airport, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 1QG. -Exist the M25 at Junction 14.Continue onto the Western Perimiter Road, following signs for T1& 2. Drive through the tunnel and follow signs for T3 Short Stay (Car Park 3). Then take a ticket from the barrier and drive to Level 4, parking your vehicle in Row A. You will be met here by a chauffeur who will collect your car.
Terminlal 4: Post code for Short Stay Car Park T4: TW6 3XA -Exit M25 at Junction 14, Continue on Airport Way/A3113, then take Southern Perimeter Road to Stratford Road following signs for T4 Departures. Turn into Heathrow Short Stay Parking on the right. Take a ticket from the barrier and drive up to Level 4, parking your vehicle in Row A. A chauffeur will meet you there to collect your car.
Terminal 5: Post code for Short Stay Car Park T5: Short Stay Terminal 5,Heathrow Airport, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2GA From the M25, exit at Junction 14. Follow Wayfarer Road to Wilbur Road, following signs to Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park. When you arrive take a ticket from the barrier, and park on Level 4 , row S or R, where a Chauffeur will meet you to collect your car.
At the airport, customers will meet a representative from Park Giant at the terminal they are departing from.
To avoid additional charges for short stay parking, customers must call Park Giant at least 30 minutes prior to arrival at the airport and must be reachable on the number provided during the booking. The company will cover a maximum of 15 minutes of parking.
If there are any changes to the scheduled arrival time, customers should call the numbers provided and notify Park Giant.
Park Giant accepts no liability for any items left inside the vehicle, so make sure to remove all travel documents, phones, cash, and valuables.
Customers must hand over their vehicle and keys to the fully insured chauffeur, sign the required paperwork and proceed directly to their terminal for check-in. The insured chauffeur will then drive the vehicle to a secure storage location while the customer is away.
Park Giant Heathrow requests customers to call twice, once after landing and once after collecting their luggage. Customers must notify the company in case of any delays, as the company only covers a maximum of 15 minutes of parking in the short stay car park.
For Terminal 2, customers must go to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park, where the collection point is located at Rows A and B in the Off-Airport parking areas.
For Terminal 3, customers should take the lift to Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park, just before the exit door on the right-hand side of the arrivals hall. The vehicle will be delivered to Rows A and B, where they should look for Off-Airport Meet & Greet signage.
For Terminal 4, upon entering the arrivals hall, customers should turn left, go to the exit next to WH Smith, cross the road and take the lift to Level 2. The office will inform customers of their vehicle and driver location.
For Terminal 5, customers should exit the main arrivals hall to their left and proceed to the lifts to the Short Stay Car Park (level 4) and look for rows R or S within the designated Off-Airport Meet & Greet parking areas.
Park Giant Meet & Greet at Heathrow Airport is a Park Mark approved car parking operator.
This means that their parking facility has been assessed by the police, and it meets the requirements of their Park Mark award.
This also ensures that the parking facility is secure, and it has measures in place to ensure the safety of your vehicle.
