Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet

Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet will meet you in the Short Stay Car Park at Terminal 4.

The meeting point is on Level 2, Row 4.

Call the operator approximately 30 minutes prior to your arrival.

A driver will meet you at Terminal 4, in the Short Stay car park, level 2, row F at the pre-booked time, where they will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details.

They will also check the condition of the car and sign a form to confirm these details.

Call Edward Lloyd if you anticipate arriving outside of the pre-booked time.

Customers are instructed to make two phone calls to Edward Lloyd Parking upon their arrival at the airport. The first call should be made when the plane lands, and the second call should be made once all luggage has been collected.

After the second call, customers are directed to exit the arrivals hall through the exit by WH Smith’s and walk straight across the Zebra crossing to the Short Stay Car Park.

Take the lifts to Up to Level 2 Row F. Turn left out of the lifts and follow the Off-Airport area, which is where Edward Lloyd Parking staff will return the customer's vehicle.

Edward Lloyd T4 Heathrow has been awarded the Park Mark certificate, which ensures measures are in place to create a safe environment for customers. This award is given to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the police.
