ACE Meet & Greet
ACE Meet and Greet is an extremely convenient way to park your car at Gatwick Airport.
As the name suggests, this is a Meet & Greet service, so after your drop off your car at either terminal, your car will be driven by fully insured staff to the secure parking location.
Once you’ve dropped of your car, the walking time to either terminal is around 2 minutes - there’s certainly no need for a shuttle bus!
South Terminal:
- Follow signs for Short Stay & enter Short Stay car park, keeping in the right hand lane.
- Take ticket & drive to Orange Car Park 3, Level 1 rows D & E.
North Terminal:

Follow signs to North Terminal roundabout, then follow Brown signs for Hampton by Hilton Hotel.

At next roundabout take the 2nd exit, following signs to hotel car park & take a ticket at the entrance barrier.

Drive to far end to RESERVED ACE/Maple Parking Bays (1-35) to meet the Handover Captain.
IMPORTANT - please call ACE parking 20 minutes before arrival at the airport on 01293 533000, option 1 to confirm your arrival time.
Follow the directions in the 'Directions' tab to the meet point for your terminal. You will be met by ACE/Maple Parking.
North Terminal

When you leave the North Terminal Arrivals area, take a right turn Cross two roads, heading straight to the under cover walkway to the main terminal forecourt, by the Sofitel Hotel.

The Meet & Greet operators will be in the hotel car park.

Your vehicle will be retrieved by our uniformed staff
South Terminal

When you exit the South Terminal Arrivals area, enter the multi storey, short stay car park.

Locate the Orange car park on Level 1 and find the Meet & Greet area.

A member of the ACE team will return your vehicle.
As a member of the Park Mark accreditation scheme, you can rest assured that your own safety and that of your car are assured whilst using the ACE Meet & Greet parking service.

About ACE Meet & Greet Gatwick Airport
ACE Meet & Greet is one of the officially licensed parking operators at Gatwick Airport and as such, the company operates from within the airport - there are few companies which have this approval and ACE has being operating in this way for many years, a great sign that the arrangement is working.
The Meet & Greet service offered by ACE is extremely easy to use and offers maximum convenience. A detailed account of how the service works can be read in our ‘Arrival’ and ‘Departure’ tabs, but in essence, you'll be required to drop off your vehicle (either terminal) within a designated area located just a short two minute walk from whichever terminal you're flying from. The return process is similarly hassle free.
ACE has achieved Park Mark Award status for this car park and as such, your vehicle will benefit from security measures such as perimeter fencing, CCTV and 24 hour staff patrols.
Since this is a Meet & Greet car park you will be required to hand over your keys to a fully insured member of staff who will park the vehicle on your behalf.
Good to know: ACE Meet & Greet Gatwick:
- Maximum vehicle height: 2m.
- The following brands cannot be accepted: Ferrari, Rolly-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin or Maserati.
- Trailers cannot be accepted.
- Vehicles use be of standard size. This means they must fit within a 2.4m x 4.8m space.
- If you need to collect your vehicle earlier the planned, you should contact ACE on 01293 533000.
