This is the official parking option at Birmigham Airport.
As you'd expect for an official option, the car park has an excellent location, being only a couple of minutes walk from the terminal.
The car park is open 24/7 365 days a year. This covered multi-storey car park is handy option for picking up arriving passengers as well as leaving your vehicle for longer periods.
The car park is safe and secure, having been awarded the park mark award, and features CCTV cameras, ANPR barrier controls and manned by staff.
From the M42
- Leave the M42 at Junction 6, at the exit signed Coventry/A45
- Take the fourth exit (A45) at the Bickenhill Interchange
- Leave the A45 at the B4438 exit(Solihull/Hampton/Bickenhill/Catherine-de-Barnes)
- Follow the Airport signs and keep left at the fork, then take the second exit onto Airport Way
- At the next roundabout take the second exit onto Concorde Road
- Take the left hand turn onto Ambassador Road, then keep right.
- Continue on Ambassador Road, which turns into Comet Road, and follow signs into the car park.
When you arrive at the car park, pull up to the barriers and the ANPR will read your number plate and raise for you to enter. Park up in any available space, unload and make your way to the terminal building, which is just a short walk away.
Top Tip: Remember to provide the correct registration number when you make your booking, to make it easy when you arrive at the car park. If you change your vehicle in the meantime, be sure to contact the operator to avoid delay when entering the car park.
When you arrive back from your travels, walk back to the car park and return to your car.
Drive to the exit barrier and the ANPR will read your number plate and lift for you to exit.
If you have any difficulties, just press the intercom and staff will be able to assist.
The car park holds the safer parking accreditation. The scheme is run by the police and assesses car parks on their safety and security measures, in preventing crime and the fear of crime.

These multistorey car parks are just a 1 minute walk from the terminal, making them extremely handy for a quick getaway. The car parks are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so theres no need to worry about early flights or late arrivals.
The car parks are all undercover, so you and your vehicle will be protected from the elements - no bird poo on your paintwork here.
This is a large car parking facility with around 2,000 spaces available - however, we still reccommend booking in advance to secure a great price.
Blue Badge Holders
There are allocated disabled parking bays in both car parks: Car Park 2: Level 1, next to the pedestrian exit to the terminal. Car Park 3: On the left hand side of the entry lanes, on the surface area outside.
Height & Vehicle Restrictions There is a maximum height limit of 2.05m, and the car park cannot accommodate mini buses, motorhomes, caravans or trailers.
